Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel as confident in our products as you do while wearing them. If your Krakatoa gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
